Tasks can be saved as templates. With task templates you can easily reuse certain task layouts.

Task templates can also be set as the default for a folder in folder properties. For example, if you use folders for different process steps, you can now create task templates that are tailored to each process step.
Proceed as follows:
- Click on the three-dot menu of a folder.
- In the context menu, select the settings icon ⚙️
- In the Folder Properties menu, select the desired task template to set as the default for the folder.
Which template is set as the default in the folder will be displayed in the folder's context menu from then on:
