In the menu item My Tasks you can create tasks that are not assigned to a project (Ad hoc).
These tasks are displayed as task tiles in the work area.
They are created using two methods:
Click either on the + button below the respective phase or on the + button at the bottom right and select New task.
If you have decided on the first method, you must open the entry screen via the task tile and maintain the data accordingly. If you choose the second method, the entry screen opens automatically.
The following data can be assigned to the task via the entry screen:
- Status
- Task name
- Resources*
- Label**
- Flavor**
- Folder
- Priority
- Start date
- Due date
- Plan Effort***
- Plan Costs****
- ACTUAL Effort
- ACTUAL Costs
- Description*****
- Subtasks******
- Add files
- Comments
- Activities
* You can add a resource by ticking the respective person and delete it by unchecking the checkbox.

*** Setting the check mark will automatically calculate the effort. A working time of eight hours per day is assumed. Weekend days are not included in the calculation.
**** Selecting this checkbox automatically calculates the costs. The hourly rate defined in the project settings is used as the calculation basis. The hours are used for calculation based on the effort.

After the corresponding data for the task has been entered, it can be saved outside the entry mask by clicking on it. The entry mask closes automatically and the data is saved.
