Construction projects are usually split into different work phases (e.g. HOAI), types of construction measures and locations. Locations can be structured freely - you will need to decide on the granularity of the locations you want to use, e.g. country, state, district, city, property or maybe offices or institutes.
The following structure can be applied this way or in a modified form for construction projects:
Work phases (renamed field "Project folder"):
- Basic evaluation
- Preliminary planning
- Design planning
- Approval planning
- Detailed design
- Preparation of the award
- Participation in the allocation of contracts
- Property monitoring
- Site supervision
Type of construction activity (renamed field "Project type")
- GBM - Major construction project
- KBM - Small construction project
- WBA - Further constructional requirements
Real estate (renamed field "Location")
- Real estate 1
- Real estate 2
- Property n
By changing these fields you will be able to structure construction projects by work phases (grouping by "Work phases") or by types of construction measures (grouping by "Type of construction measure").
