📖Set project icons and colors

Each project can be assigned an individual icon in a color of your choice. Every project starts with a default grey icon - it can be changed at any time.

Selecting an icon or emoji

Click the icon to the left of the project name - either in the project overview, in the project master data, or while creating a project.

After clicking, the icon-selection dialog opens. Two tabs are available:

• Icon: Choose from a wide range of project icons and adjust the color individually.
  
  
   
• Emojis: Alternatively, you can use emojis as the project icon. Select the Emojis tab and search or scroll through the available categories.
  
  

The selected icon will then be displayed everywhere the project icon is used - in the project overview, the sidebar, and favorites.

Default icon

Every new project automatically receives this grey default icon: . It can be replaced with an individual icon or emoji at any time.
