The Member system role can edit most aspects of the projects it's assigned to. Some settings, however, are reserved for the Admin and Owner system roles - or additionally for the project lead of the given project.
Project settings (Settings tab)
A member with edit rights on the project can edit most project settings. The following settings are reserved exclusively for Admin and Owner:
- Mode (Active/Inactive)
- Archive project
- Use project as template
- Lock workflow change

Permissions (Permissions tab)
A member with edit rights can also change the project's visibility.
The people assigned within a project role, on the other hand, can only be edited by Admin or Owner - with one exception: the project lead of the given project can additionally edit the project roles of their project.
