Create a project profile

It is very practical when you enter the project and get an instant overview or a brief summary of what the project is currently about (see red frame in the example screen):

To set this up in smenso, we use the text widget function.

Textwidget

Open the overview page (1) of any project and open the widget view (2). Now select "My notes" (3). The new widget is added to the bottom of the page.

Scroll to the bottom, go to the 3-dot menu of the widget and select duplicate.

A copy of the widget is created, but it is still "private", i.e. only you can see the widget.

Important note

Now open the 3-dot menu in the duplicated widget and select "Configure widget"

You can now change the title to "Project profile" (1), and above all you can make the widget "Visible to all" (2).

After saving, you must confirm that you now want to make the widget visible to everyone.
