The three master data fields of a project
- Project type
- Project folder
- Location
have a special purpose within a project. These fields are system standards that are required, among other things, for the display and categorization of projects in the portfolio list or in the portfolio board.
The value selection of these fields can be defined individually.
Proceed as follows:
- Open in the main menu the item
Projects
- Select the
Board
view - Select
Group by
project folder, project type or location - The values of the columns in the board view correspond to the values of the respective master data fields.
- Change a value simply by clicking in the (1) column name.
- Add new values by typing in the (2)
Add folder
field - Delete a value via
Options menu
in the column >Delete folder
