Managing teams in the workspace allows you to create groups of people that can be assigned to projects or tasks, mentioned in comments, and collectively added as observers.
Overview of Teams
In the "Teams" section, you will see a list of all created teams. Each team displays the number of members assigned to it.
Edit a Team
To edit a team's settings, click on the three dots to the right of the team name. This opens a context menu with the following options:
Rename:
Allows you to change the team’s name.Enforce in private projects:
Enables the assignment of this team in private projects.Delete:
Removes the team from the workspace.
Create a New Team
To create a new team, click on "+ Create New Team
" at the end of the team list. Enter a name for the team and add members to complete the group.
Manage Team Leads
Each team can have one or more assigned team leads. This helps with organizational structuring and provides access to specific team functions.
Assign a Team Lead
Steps:
- Open the
Settings
>Teams
section. - Click on the
plus icon
in theTeam Leads
field of the desired team to define one or more people as team leads. - Confirm the selection.
Permissions of Team Leads
- If team leads have at least the
Member
role, they gain access to theTeam Utilization
tab within resource planning (Utilization). - The permission allows team leads to view the workload of their team members.

Team management enables efficient organization and assignment of responsibilities. By assigning team leads, the structure is further enhanced by granting selected individuals extended permissions to better support their teams.
