Basics of Holiday Calendars in smenso
Holidays in smenso help reflect member availability and capacity. Holidays are automatically considered in calendars, capacity planning, and the workload view, reducing a memberβs daily working hours accordingly.
To account for different countries, regions, or locations, smenso supports multiple holiday calendars. Each calendar can be assigned to one or more members and includes both automatically generated holidays and manually added events.
Holidays directly affect:
a memberβs daily capacity
absence calculations
resource and project planning
calendar and workload view displays
To ensure holidays are correctly recorded, workspace administrators can manage, edit, and assign custom holiday calendars to members.
