Dependencies are important to ensure tasks are completed in the correct order. In Smenso, you can create dependencies between tasks, so you know which tasks must be completed first before the next one can start.

What are Dependencies?

In Smenso, a dependency means that one task cannot start until another is completed. This helps ensure everything is done in the correct order.

How to Create a Dependency

1. Move mouse to the end of the task bar:

   • Hover your mouse at the end of the task bar. A small circle will appear.
     
     
     
     

2. Drag the connection:

   • Click and hold the left mouse button, then drag the line to the next task with which you want to create the dependency.
     
     
     
     

3. Establish the connection:

   • Release the mouse button when you reach the target task bar. The tasks are now connected!
     
     
     
     

How to Delete a Dependency

1. Find the line:

   • Hover your mouse over the line between the tasks.
     
     
     
     

2. Delete:

   • Click the red "x" at the end of the line to remove the connection.
     
     
     
     

Show or Hide Dependencies
