Automatic Planning with the Gantt Assistant

With the Gantt Assistant, you can check tasks with finish-to-start dependencies for specific optimizations and, in the next step, automatically move identified tasks.

1. In the context menu bar, select Assistant
2. Choose one of the two options:
   1. Resolve overlaps
   2. Start date ASAP
      
      
      
   3. Confirm your selection by clicking on Preview
   4. The Timeline Assistant will first show you a preview of the proposed optimizations. You can decide whether to apply the changes or discard them.
