Flavor Manager

The Flavor Manager provides a central overview and management of all flavors available in the workspace. You can find it via the menu Settings → Flavors.

In this overview, all flavors are displayed with the following information:

• Title – Name of the flavor
• Total – How often the flavor is used in total
• Projects – Number of projects in which the flavor appears
• Tasks – Number of tasks using the flavor
• Status reports – Number of status reports where the flavor is used
• Type – Field type of the flavor (e.g., text, number, list, etc.)

The Flavor Manager is especially useful for reviewing existing flavors, cleaning up duplicate or unused fields, and ensuring consistent field structures across the entire workspace.

In the overview, all flavors are automatically grouped by their Type. This allows you to see at a glance which data types exist (e.g. Text, Number, List, etc.) and how many flavors are available for each type. Expanding a group reveals the individual flavors.

From here, you can also edit or delete flavors directly. Changes apply system-wide to all tasks and projects where the respective flavor is used.
