Label Manager

The Label Manager provides a centralized overview and management of all labels available in the workspace. You can find it via the menu Settings → Labels.

This overview displays all labels with the following information:

• Title – name of the label
• Color – assigned label color
• Total – how many times the label is used in total
• Projects – number of projects where the label appears
• Tasks – number of tasks with this label
• Status reports – number of status reports in which the label is used

Using the label’s context menu, you can change its title or color, or delete the label. These changes apply system-wide and affect all tasks and projects where the label is used.

The Label Manager is particularly useful for reviewing existing labels, cleaning up duplicates, or defining consistent colors.
