🫱🏽‍🫲🏽Create a project profile

A project fact sheet gives you an immediate overview when opening a project - for example key information, open points, or a short summary of the current status. In smenso, you set up a project fact sheet using a text widget.

Adding a text widget

1. Open the Overview page of a project
2. Click Customize widgets and select My notes - the widget will be added at the bottom of the page
   
   
    
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page, open the 3-dot menu of the widget and select Duplicate
   
   
    
4. A copy of the widget is created - it is initially private, meaning only you can see it
   
   
    

Making the widget visible to everyone

1. Open the 3-dot menu of the duplicated widget and select Configure widget
   
   
    
2. Change the title to e.g. Project fact sheet
3. Enable the option Visible to everyone
4. Save the configuration - then confirm that the widget should be made visible to everyone
