With the assignment mode you can keep an eye on your team’s available capacity and assign tasks to individuals in a targeted way. The view helps you identify overloads early and implement your planning effectively.
Assign people with availability check
When assigning people, you can immediately see whether someone still has sufficient capacity or is already heavily utilized. The status is displayed using a traffic light logic. In addition, you can view capacity details to make quick and well-informed decisions.
- Traffic light status shows at a glance whether the person is available.
- Capacity details support your assessment (e.g. planned time, available after assignment, Capacity forecast).
- Context: The feature is available both in team workload view and overall workload view.
Notes
- Use the traffic light logic as a quick orientation and, if needed, open the capacity details to see how the assignment affects the available time.
- The displayed values refer to the currently selected time period and the selected view (e.g. team or overall workload). Therefore, always check whether the correct time period is active at the top.
