View capacity directly in person selection dialogs

In smenso, you can check utilization directly when assigning – without having to switch to the utilization view. This allows you to see directly within the task whether a person still has capacity in the selected time period and helps you avoid overloads.

Display utilization at the push of a button

Open the person selection (assignment) in a task and enable the utilization information. You can then see at a glance whether sufficient capacity is available.

If an assignment would exceed the available capacity, this is displayed accordingly – including an indication of how much the capacity would be exceeded.
