In addition to the existing options in the workload view, you can use Analysis to display additional key figures directly in the view. The analysis is shown directly in the workload view. This allows you to review the additional evaluations in direct context with the displayed resources and time periods.
Even if multiple teams or resources are displayed, the analysis values are shown directly in the respective row. This makes it easier to compare the utilization of multiple entries at the same time.
- Open the workload view.
- Click
Analysisin the top right. - The analysis is displayed directly in the workload view.
Depending on the configuration, the analysis shows additional key figures and visual markers directly per displayed resource or team row. This can include, for example, compact time information, comparison values, or graphical highlights within the selected period. This provides a more detailed overview of distributions, anomalies, and potential bottlenecks.
Especially when multiple teams or resources are displayed, the analysis helps you spot differences faster and compare the displayed values directly with each other.
Team capacity options
In the Team capacity area, you can adjust the display and use additional options for the chart.
Use the Week and Month buttons to define the time resolution in which team capacity is displayed.
The following options are also available for the team capacity chart:
- Zoom: Enlarges a selected area of the chart to view the displayed values in more detail.
- Reset: Resets the current chart view back to the original display.
- Restore: Restores a previously modified chart view.
- Save as image: Saves the chart as an image file so you can reuse it outside of Smenso.
This allows you to view team capacity not only across different time periods, but also to use the chart specifically for analysis and documentation.
Notes
- The workload view only shows the resources for which relevant data exists in the selected period.
- If multiple teams or resources are displayed, the analysis is shown directly in the view for the respective rows displayed.
