View of the project portfolio

You can display the projects in the workspace in a board or list view.

To do this, click on the desired view in the upper right corner. If the Board view is selected, it will be displayed as Board. To change the view, click on the drop-down menu and select List. Now the view is displayed as a list.

Furthermore, projects can be moved into different phases by drag & drop. Click and hold the mouse button on the tile to be moved and drag it to the corresponding phase.

These phases are predefined as proposals according to the project management standard, but can be extended by adding + column or the phases can be deleted via the three-point menu.

The progress of all projects, which can be defined by status, is displayed at the bottom of the tile. The further the progress, the longer the bar.
