In the Members section you can manage all people in your workspace. Here you set working hours, absence quotas, hourly rates, and other settings.
You can access the member settings via Workspace settings > Members.
Note
Changes in the member settings are only possible with the Admin role.

Editing hourly rates
A person's hourly rate is managed under Workspace settings > Members in the detail view of the respective person.
- Open
Workspace settings>Members - Select the person and open their detail view
- Scroll to the
Hourly ratesection - Click
Editand set the new hourly rate
If the hourly rate changes over time, multiple rates with a validity period can be stored. This keeps the history of changes traceable.
Note
Editing hourly rates is only possible for people with the extended permission HR - not for all admins. For more on hourly rates at project level, see the article Managing hourly rates.
Quotas
In the Quotas tab you manage absences such as Vacation, Sick leave, Parental leave, and Special leave.
Note
- The absence types shown here are examples - the absence types in your workspace may differ.
- See the article Managing absence types for more information.
Teams
Members can be assigned to one or more teams. This facilitates collaboration and task distribution. See the article Managing teams for more information.
One or more people can also be designated as team lead for each team. Click the + icon in the Team lead field of the respective team. Team leads with at least the Member role gain access to the Team workload tab in resource planning.
