How do I access the member settings?
The management of members is located in your workspace Settings. You can access it via: Settings > Members
In the Members section you can manage all people in your workspace. Here you set working hours, absence quotas, hourly rates, and other settings.
Note: Changes are only possible with the
Admin role.
Overview
The members list shows all people with access to the workspace. Roles:

Admin:Full access to all settings. -
Member:Can work in the workspace but cannot change settings. -
Guest:Limited access, usually read-only.
Click a member to adjust details.
General

Holidays calendar: Assign a calendar to the person (more).

Working time: Set daily hours; changes can be controlled by time period (more).

Hourly rate: Individual per person; changes are stored historically (more).

Person flavors: Additional fields such as skills or locations (more).
Quotas
Here you manage absences such as Vacation, Sick leave, Parental leave, and Special leave.

- The absence types shown here are an example.
- The absence types in your workspace may differ.

Teams
Members can be assigned to one or more teams. This facilitates collaboration and task distribution (more).
