Save Views in Workload View
In the Workload Views, you now have the option to save and share your custom views. This not only saves time and clicks but also simplifies the overall overview of the team's workload.
A view will save all workload settings:
- Filters: Set various filters for people or task properties.
- Date Range: Limit the date range to be displayed and choose from a variety of options.
- Display Options: Customize the display options to suit your needs, choose between weekly and daily aggregation, define the values to be displayed, and save them to focus directly on the essential data.
- Groups/All Resources: Active filters by teams are considered, as well as the 'All Resources' button.
With just a few clicks, switch back to your views to simplify your process and save valuable time. Share your saved views with colleagues so everyone can quickly access the same workload configurations.
By the way, within projects, views can also be favorited to place them in the favorites in the sidebar.

Mark Columns with Custom Status: The statuses, which could previously only be assigned fixed numbers from 1-4, can now be renamed at the workspace level.

Updated "Task Status" Widget: The (interactive) widget for displaying open tasks has been updated. Late tasks are no longer shown in the ring but as a number (and clickable). Consequently, the number of remaining tasks always matches the sum of the ring numbers.

π Fixes
- Applying task templates to an existing task has been stabilized. Flavor groups are merged, not created multiple times, and the order of flavor groups is correctly maintained.
- The conversion of list items into subtasks in description fields now considers their order when creating subtasks. Additionally, this function can now be used at any hierarchy level.
- Portfolio list: Incorrect display of project master data fields when grouped by project folder - corrected.
- Updating description and text fields in list views sometimes did not display correctly in the respective task detail - now fixed.
- Project title of a project opened via the portfolio list
Options menu > Manage Project
was incorrectly displayed in the portfolio list header. - Various drag & drop issues in task lists corrected, and functionality generally stabilized.
