🌟 New Feature

Expanded Favorites for Better Organization and Quick Access 🌟📁

The Favorites feature has received an update to further boost your productivity and simplify personal navigation:

• Favoriting Global Views: In addition to projects and project views, you can now add all global views such as portfolio views, workload views, or time tracking views to your favorites in the sidebar. This way, you always have the views that are important to you at hand.
• More Structure with Custom Folders: You can now create custom folders within the favorites section in the sidebar. This allows you to better organize your projects and views and access them more quickly. Of course, you can move all favorites by drag & drop or group them into folders.

These enhancements are designed to enable you to use our platform even more individually and to get you to your goal even faster.

🌟 Improvements

• API Enhancements:
  • New Template API endpoint for creating projects based on existing project templates via the integration API. The Template endpoint allows adding projects based on templates into the system. Project creation via a template is defined by various attributes that can be transmitted in XML format in a request.

  • Project endpoint: Filling the ProjectManager field via the API is now possible not only with the GUID but also with a supplied email address or name.
  • Task endpoint: When the actual effort is transferred to a task via the API, the checkbox for manually entering a value in this field is now automatically checked. 
     
  • Export Project List: The new parameter includeTagsInArchived now allows exporting archived projects including flavors. The parameter can be appended to the API link with an &, for example: http://WORKSPACE.smenso.cloud/api/Reports/projects?view=a0c842e8-7e7a-4e30-a77b-af8dd84e9fee&filter=archived&includeTagsInArchived=true
    
    
• Improved Workload View Performance: Backend stabilizations and improvements in displaying recorded times.

🐛 Fixes

It could happen that flavors were added twice or even multiple times when added to a task/project/task template. This is now generally prevented.

Other Fixes:

• When retrieving the AttachmentId via an API export, the AttachmentId was not correctly output, now corrected.
• Applying a task template to an existing task has been further stabilized.
• Two errors in multi-task processing have been corrected:
  • When tasks were marked as completed multiple times, this change was not always correctly saved for all marked tasks.
  • When tasks were marked as completed multiple times, the change was not correctly logged, i.e., for example, the field Completed by/on was not written correctly.
• If the setting Approval Required was once set in an absence type, and an approver was selected, and the setting Approval Required was removed again, the approver still remained in the view All Absences. 
• The system default view for the Status tab showed an incorrect arrangement.
