In the Files tab of a project, all project-related files are collected – regardless of whether they were uploaded directly to the project, attached to tasks, or used in status reports. This way, you find everything in one place and can keep your project files well organized.
Files in the Files Tab
In the Files tab, you automatically see all files created in the project context. This also includes files from tasks and status reports.
Create Folders
- Open the project and switch to the
Filestab. - Click
New Folderin the top right. - Enter a name and confirm.
Tip
You can quickly switch between folder levels using the breadcrumb navigation above the file list.
Move Files
You can move files to another folder at any time – open the three-dot menu on the file and select Move.
Assign Files to a Task Afterwards
If you upload a file directly in the Files tab (without linking it to a task), you can still assign it to a task later. Open the three-dot menu on the file and select Assign. Then choose the desired task.
Tip
You can see at a glance which folder a file is in and in which context (task, status report) it is used – this helps when cleaning up and navigating your files.
