With a saved view like “My day”, you can create a personal working view that you can quickly open at any time – including your filters, sorting, and layout.
This is how you set up My day:
1) Click My tasks in the main menu.
2) Switch to the area where you want to create the view (e.g. in your personal area or within a project).
3) Click Create folder.
4) Give the folder a name, e.g. My day.
5) Open any task from your tasks.
6) Click the User folders button.
7) Assign My day there.
8) The task is now moved into the new folder.
9) To quickly access this folder, we now filter only the tasks from the My day folder. To do this, open the filter.
10) Create a new filter entry as shown in the screenshot.
11) Save the view.
12) Click Save as.
13) Enter the name My day and confirm saving.
14) To access it quickly, mark the view as a favorite.
15) To do so, click the three-dot menu on the view.
16) Click Mark as favorite so you can quickly find “My day” again.
17) You will then find the view in the left navigation under Favorites and can open it at any time with a single click.
Notes
- Use
Saveif you want to update the existing view, andSave asif you want to create a variation as a new view. - If you need multiple “My day” variants, save them separately (e.g. “My day – today” and “My week – this week”).
- The view stores your filter and display settings so you can reliably start your daily workflow at any time.
