Basic Structure
The structure of smenso is clear and straightforward, allowing you to easily organize and manage your projects. It always follows this hierarchy:
-
Project Portfolio
The project portfolio consolidates all your projects. Here you can see, organize, filter, and prioritize all ongoing projects at a glance. -
Project
A project is the central object where all project management activities take place. Here, you manage all tasks, responsibilities, schedules, resource utilization, and project progress. -
Folder
Folders help you further structure and group your tasks, for example, by process steps or thematic focus. This way, you maintain an overview even in large projects. -
Task
Tasks are the fundamental work units within a project. They can take various forms, such as scheduled to-dos, meeting minutes, or classic work packages. Each task is an essential element for the progress of your project. -
Subtasks
Each task can have up to seven levels of subtasks. This allows you to break down even complex tasks into smaller work steps and track them in detail.
