In smenso Cloud there are many ways to look at projects or tasks—for example via the tile view or the list view. In lists you can also show or hide different columns, or apply filters, sorting, or grouping.
Altogether this results in a wide range of possibilities.
To quickly and easily display previously configured content just the way you want it, you can save a view as your personal custom view. That saves time the next time you open it.
How do I create my own view?
In the Tasks tab of a project
- Choose any combination of filters, groupings, and sorting
- Select the board or list view
(if you choose the list view, select the displayed columns and their order) - Open the View menu
- Choose Save as new view
- In the next dialog you can name the view.
When saving you have two options:- Set as default view
Sets the view as your personal default - Only for this project
Saves the view for this project only, i.e. it will be available for selection exclusively here
If both check-boxes are ticked, the view will be opened by default in this project

Changing a view

Notification of unsaved changes
As soon as changes are made to a saved view that have not yet been saved, a pop-up message appears at the lower right edge of the screen.
The message informs you that the current view contains unsaved changes. You can then choose to save the changes or reset the view.
The Save
button offers several options for dealing with the current changes:
Save:

Saves the current view and its settings under a new name as a separate view.Auto-save:
Automatically saves changes to the view as soon as an adjustment is made.
This gives you full control over when and how your views are updated and saved.
