In the Times area, you can adapt your time analyses to different requirements using custom views and save the selected settings for later use.
Custom views are available in My times, All times, and Team times. Which data and filter options you can use depends on the respective area and your permissions.
Note
This article describes the special features of custom views in the Times area. To learn how to create, select, modify, or set views as your personal default view in general, see the article Custom views.

Depending on your permissions, different tabs are available:
-

Timesand switch toMy times,All times, orTeam times. - Adjust the analysis to your requirements.
- For example, define the desired time period, filters, and grouping.
- Open
View. - Select
Save as. - Enter a meaningful name and save the view.
When you open the view later, the saved settings are applied to the time analysis again.
Tip
Create views for recurring analyses, for example This week, Times by project, Team times, or Monthly analysis.
Which settings are saved?
A custom view in the Times area can contain various settings of the current analysis.
The most important settings include:
- the selected time period,
- applied filters,
- the selected grouping,
- the selected columns and their arrangement.
This allows you to display the same time entries for different analyses with suitable filters, groupings, and information.
Views in My times
Under My times, the focus is on your own time entries. Here, you can create personal weekly or monthly views, for example, and narrow down the displayed times by task, project, or other properties.
A typical view could, for example, display the current time period, be grouped by week, and additionally contain only time entries for a specific project.
Views in All times and Team times
Under All times and Team times you can, depending on your permissions, analyze a larger number of time entries together.
Since these areas do not only include your own time entries, additional filter options are available. This allows you to limit the analysis, for example, to specific people, teams, projects, or other relevant properties.
Custom views are particularly useful here for recurring overall analyses.
