Create templates for status reports if you frequently reuse text content and text modules. Only the two text fields Description
and Next steps
are stored in these templates. Other fields like status or progress level must be set individually for each new status.
Status reports generally have three states:
- Unsaved (newly opened)
- Saved as draft
- Published
A template can only be created from a status report that is either in the draft state (2) or the published state (3).
