Multi-Factor Authentication is now available in all plans 🎉
If you use your email address and password to log in to smenso, you can activate Multi-Factor Authentication for an additional level of security for your smenso account.
Enable Multi-Factor Authentication
Proceed as follows:
- Open your profile in the
Admin Center
- Click the button
Enable Multi-Factor Authentication
- For security, confirm your password again.
- Scan the displayed QR code with an authentication app of your choice.
- Alternatively, you can click on
Having trouble?
to display a secret key which you can manually enter in an authentication app. - Enter the generated verification code in the designated field.
- Done! You will be redirected back to your profile.
Disable Multi-Factor Authentication
- Open your profile in the
Admin Center
- Choose
Disable Multi-Factor Authentication
- Follow the steps - you must confirm your identity once again to deactivate.
Reset Multi-Factor Authentication
Note
Multi-Factor Authentication for another member/guest can only be reset by an owner of a workspace.
In case a member/guest has problems with the authentication app or logging in, owners have the ability to reset Multi-Factor Authentication for that person.
- As an owner, open the Admin Center
- Go to

- Go to
Organization Accounts
- Choose the account you wish to edit and click on the
More
menu - Choose
Reset Multifactor Authentication
