Description
The status report can be customized by integrating flavors and flavor groups. This allows for a structured and clear presentation of relevant information.
Using Flavors in the Status Report
In status reports, any number of flavor groups can be created and various flavor types can be added. In addition to standard text fields, additional options are available to enhance status reports in a targeted manner.
Procedure:
- Create a new status report draft.
- Display the
Flavors
section. - Add any desired flavors or flavor groups. If needed, the
Status
flavor type can be used (see below).
Customizations can be saved as a status report template to ensure a uniform structure for future reports.
Status Flavors in Portfolio Views
Status flavors can be displayed as additional columns in portfolio views. To enable this, the flavor must be assigned the Status Reports
context.
Procedure:
- Open the flavor configuration.
- Under
Context
, selectStatus Reports
.
After assigning the context, the portfolio list can interpret and display the flavor content. When added as a column, status flavors are listed in a separate category:
Flavors with the Status
context are marked with an "S" in parentheses in portfolio lists:
Flavor Type "Status"
If the predefined status fields for projects (Overall Status, Schedule Status, Cost Status, Goal Status) are not sufficient, custom status flavors can be added to the flavor table in status reports.
This flavor type functions like a regular selection field but includes an integrated traffic light function. The names of the status values are freely definable, and additional statuses can be added with a custom-selected color.
Customize Colors for Status Values
The colors of status values can be adjusted by clicking on the color dot. This allows each status value to be visually highlighted and individually defined.
When opening the color selection, various preset colors are available. Additionally, a custom color can be defined using the #
button.
This customization enables even better visual differentiation of status values.
