In general, you can always add flavors to status reports that are used in the master data of the respective project to show current numbers and information from the project master data.
This is how you add flavors in the status report:
- In the description field (Status description), click the button
Add label/flavor. - The flavors/labels that are used in the respective project in the master data can be selected.
- Select the flavors you want to use in the status report.
You can also do these steps directly in a status report template. Or you can save a prepared status report as a new template.
Note
If you insert flavors from the project master data in status reports, the current values of these flavors are always loaded by default. For example, if the flavors are of type Formula, the current calculations are loaded. The values are therefore dynamic, and they stay dynamic until the status report is published. Then the values are fixed.
