“Assign to me” in tasks

Description

In smenso, when creating new tasks or for tasks to which you are not yet assigned, you can use the Assign to me option. This allows you to quickly and easily assign the task to yourself as the currently logged-in user.

Procedure

1. Select a task to which you are not yet assigned.
2. Next to the Assigned field, click Assign to me.
3. The task will automatically be assigned to you as a user, so that it becomes your responsibility.

Use cases

• Quick self-assignment for new tasks:
  If you spontaneously create a task and want to immediately make yourself responsible, without going through the search or selection field.
• Clarity in case of unclear responsibility:
  If people are already assigned but you are not yet, you can quickly add yourself to take responsibility for the task.
