Created tasks are displayed as tiles in the workspace under the respective column/process.
You can move tasks between columns by drag-and-drop to change the phase in which the task should be located.
The task tile shows various information.
These include:
- Task name
- Status**
- Description
- Attached files
- Priority
- Resources
- Due date*
- Indicator that a comment is present
- Indicator that a file was attached
- Indicator that subtasks exist and whether they have been completed
* The exceeded due date is marked in red in the task overview for the respective task.
** Completed tasks are marked with a green checkmark. Tasks with the status in progress have a black checkmark. Tasks with the status open have a gray checkmark.
Tasks can be copied via the three-dot menu.
When copying, all master data of the task is copied, including:
- Title
- Participants
- Dates
- Column
- Status
- Priority
- Effort / Costs
- Description
Documents and comments are not copied. The copied task is inserted at the end of the column.
In addition, the links of a task can be copied to the clipboard due to the unique URL and sent as a link. This allows for easier sharing.
Tasks that have been completed or finalized in the corresponding phase are grayed out under Done (drop-down). The task tile shows who completed the task and when.
The three-dot menu next to the phase label allows you to move or delete the phase.
