If your desired project phases/processes have been created, you can add tasks.
Click the + button below each folder or the + button at the bottom right of the workspace and select New Task.
The following data can be assigned to the task via the entry screen:
- Task name
- Project (Ad hoc, because the task is not assigned to a defined project)**
- Process (here you can select the columns you have added)
- Start date
- Due date
- Effort in hours ***
- Costs ****
- Add files
- Add comments
- Activity stream
* You can add a resource by checking the respective person and delete it by unchecking the checkbox.
**Tasks can be assigned to another project in the task dialog. Just click on the project and select another project and the task will be reassigned. Requirement: The project must be created
*** Setting the check mark will automatically calculate the effort. A working time of eight hours per day is assumed. Weekend days are not included in the calculation.
**** Selecting this checkbox automatically calculates the costs. The hourly rate defined in the project settings is used as the calculation basis. The hours are used for calculation based on the effort.

When you're finished editing the task dialogue, simply click outside of the task dialogue to save it. The task dialogue closes automatically, a quick notification will show up to confirm that is has been saved.
