The Status area brings together everything related to the current status and status history of a project. Here you can see the status at a glance, track developments, and open older status reports if needed.

Widgets in Project Status
Current Status
- Shows: The current/last status report as an overview.
- Good for: Quickest overview: βWhat is the current state of the project?β

Special features: The three-dot menu offers the following options:
- Hide
- Delete
- Comment
- Request update
- Post update
- Copy status
Note
Only the creator of the status report or an admin can delete a status report.
Status Tasks
- Shows: Task situation from a status perspective.
- Good for: Helps explain status changes through task development.
Tip
When selecting a status in the pie chart, the task list opens with the corresponding filter.
Project Progress
- Shows: Progress/development of tasks, costs, and effort.
- Good for: Useful for assessing progress vs. status situation.
Tip
When hovering, the percentage values for each area are displayed.
Past Status Reports
- Shows: A list/history of previous status reports.
- Good for: Good for traceability: What was reported when, how have statements/status changed?
Status History
- Shows: Trend/development of the (overall) status over time.
- Good for: Ideal for recognizing patterns (one-off outlier vs. continuous deterioration/improvement).
Tip
When hovering, further details about the status reports are displayed.
List
- Shows: Status-related content in list form (depending on widget configuration).
- Good for: Practical if you prefer to scan/compare entries rather than use diagrams.

Note
The widget can only be configured after the view for the widgets has been saved beforehand.
Tip
A dedicated view of the tasks can be created for the list widget.
