The board view provides you with a visual overview of your tasks in the form of a Kanban board. Tasks are displayed as cards and organized into columns.
This allows you to quickly understand the progress of your tasks and see what is currently being worked on or has already been completed.
Additionally, when tasks are grouped by status, you can easily move cards between columns using drag & drop to update their status.
Note: The displayed board view is an example. Depending on the project, selected view (e.g., Sprint Board), and individual settings, the display and available options may vary.
Example of a board view:
In the board view, tasks are shown as cards in columns. The columns usually correspond to the status of the tasks, e.g., Not Started, In Progress, or Completed.
The main elements of the board view are:
- Columns: Group tasks, e.g., by
Status. - Cards: Represent individual tasks.
- Drag & Drop: When tasks are grouped by status, moving them between columns automatically updates their status.
- Filter and Sorting: Tasks can be filtered and sorted to organize the board view.
Note: The board view is available both at the portfolio level and within individual projects. The displayed tasks may vary depending on the context.
