In the Board View, tasks are displayed as cards. These task cards provide you with a quick overview of the most important information and allow you to open and edit tasks directly.
The following example shows how task cards are structured on the board and how you can open a task by clicking on it:
Each task card contains key information about the task. Depending on the project, workflow, and configuration, these may vary, but typically the following content is displayed:
- Title: The name of the task.
- Status: The current progress of the task.
- Assignees: Assigned persons.
- Due Date: Dates and deadlines of the task.
By clicking on a task card, the detail view of the task opens. There you can view all information, edit it, and perform further actions.
Additionally, more options are available via the three-dot menu on the card, for example, to edit, share, or delete the task.
Task cards can also be moved between columns using drag & drop. When the board is grouped by status, moving a card to another column automatically changes the status of the task.
