Multi-selection and bulk processing in list view

In the list view, multiple selection and bulk processing of tasks (and subtasks) is now possible. To select multiple tasks, the standard (Windows-known) keyboard shortcuts are used.

• Mouse click on a row: Selects a single task
• CTRL key + Mouse click: Adds additional tasks to the selection
• Shift key + Mouse click: If a single task is already selected, holding the Shift key and clicking on another row selects the entire range

Bulk processing can be performed in two ways:

1. Using the context menu that appears, various actions can be selected:
   1. Change status
   2. Add person
   3. Watch tasks
   4. Apply task template
   5. Manage access
   6. Duplicate tasks
   7. Convert to subtasks
   8. Convert to tasks
   9. Move tasks to folder
   10. Move tasks to another project
   11. Move tasks in time
   12. Delete tasks
   13. Clear selection
       
       
2. Changes made in any visible column will be applied to all selected rows
