The quality register documents all planned and implemented quality management activities and provides information for the phase and project completion report. The Quality Register is used to review the progress made. The main task of quality management is to ensure that the planned and manufactured products meet the defined quality criteria. All elements that are part of the testing and assurance of product quality are quality controlling.
How to create a quality register
- Create a new folder in the task area and name this quality register.
- Attach each quality criterion as a task.
- Open the task tile and describe the quality criterion.
- Selection of the responsible resource.
- Name of the quality criterion.
- Choose Label Quality
- Select the Flavor quality result using the following criteria:
- Open
- Passed
- Nacharbeiten
- Not passed
- Carry the defined and required measures to achieve the quality result as a sub-task.
- Each subtask can be described in detail if required
- Assign a responsible resource to each task
List view
In addition to the board view, the quality register can also be viewed and edited directly in the list view. In order to edit the qualities easily, the list view can be filtered by the Quality label.
Quality register by quality result - Widget
The "Task Distribution" chart can be reconfigured for a clear quality register display according to quality result.
This type of visualization has the advantage of being able to present the qualities according to their result. To configure the chart, select Configure Chart in the three-point menu. Then enter the title of the widget and select it in the X-axis of the Flavor Quality Result.

Quality register according to plan / actual costs - Widget
You can reconfigure the Planned/Actual Costs chart to provide a clear representation of the costs of the quality requirement. This type of visualization has the advantage of being able to display the planned and actual costs of the quality requirements according to quality result. To configure the chart, choose Configure Chart from the three-point menu. You can then enter the title of the widget and select it in the X axis of the Flavor Quality Result.
Cross-project quality criteria
In smenso Cloud it is possible to display all quality criteria across projects. The project portfolio Projects under the tab Tasks can be filtered by the label Quality. The quality criteria can also be sorted and grouped across projects.
