To know how your project really stands, it is necessary to determine the ACTUAL expenditure. For this reason we have in smenso Cloud the ACTUAL effort and ACTUAL costs columns.
With these two columns you can enter the actual hours per task (small note: time recording is already on the roadmap 😉). By checking the box ACTUAL costs you can have the costs calculated automatically based on the ACTUAL effort by the hourly rate stored in the project.
If these fields are filled out, you will receive automatic evaluations in the form of dashboards in the project overview.
Tip: You can configure most of the following dashboards and evaluate them yourself according to the flavors you assign. This gives you a lot of flexibility and possibilities.
