In projects, valuable experiences (positive as well as negative) are gathered, which can be very useful for further projects. For this reason, it makes sense to hold a Lessons Learned Meeting at the end of a project to record and document these findings.
Lessons Learned in smenso Cloud
- Create a new folder in the task area and name it Lessons Learned.
- Create a task and describe it as follows:
- The title you choose is "Lessons Learned"
- Selection of responsible resources to contribute to the lessons learned
- Select the Lessons Learned label
Enter the following contents in the description field:
- Internal feedback (project team)

Lessons learned across projects
In smenso Cloud it is possible to display all Lessons Learned areas across projects. The project portfolio projects under the tab Tasks can be filtered by the label Lessons Learned. The Lessons Learned areas/tasks can also be sorted and grouped across projects.
