Set your work location

In smenso, you can set your current work location directly via your own profile. This allows other people in the workspace to quickly see whether you are working remotely or from another saved work location, for example.

The selected work location is displayed on your profile and may also be visible in various places within smenso via your profile picture.
 

Set your work location

1. Click your profile picture at the top right.
2. Open the setting for your work location.
3. Select the desired work location, for example Remote.

The selected work location is then displayed directly on your profile.

Where is the work location displayed?

Your current work location is not only visible on your own profile. The information may also be displayed wherever other people can see your profile or profile picture.

This includes, for example:

• your profile,
  
• the workspace member overview,
• person and participant selections within projects.
  
• Tasks you are assigned to
• Your comments

No. You set your current work location yourself via your profile.
