Archive a project

Archive your projects if you want to hide them from regular views, without having to delete them.

Select the options menu on a project card to find the option Archive project. With this selection, your project will be archived.

Alternatively, you can also archive the project in the master data.

The Snackbar message confirms that the project has been archived. 

Finding archived projects 

If you want to find an archived project at a later time, simply set the filter to Display archived projects in the project portfolio view.

Reactivate an archived project

If you want to reactivate an archived project, you can do so via the master data, the options menu in a card, or in the project itself. 

Again, the Snackbar will show you if the project was activated successfully.
