In the Admin Center, Plan shows an overview of the Workspace's plan: which features are included, which can be added and which bookings exist. For Enterprise add-ons, you can request a quote there. This article explains what the page shows and how to request a quote.
Please note
The Plan menu item is only visible to Workspace owners. It always shows the plan of the selected Workspace.
Open Plan
- Open the Admin Center.
- If your organization has several Workspaces, select the one you want in the selection field under
WORKSPACEin the left navigation. If there is only one, it is already preselected. - Click
Plan.
What the page shows
Current plan
At the top you see the name of the plan with its status (for example Active), the date from which it is valid and whether it is open-ended. On the right, two tiles show how many features are Included in the plan and how many are Expandable.
Note on the plans
New customers book the Business, Business+ or Enterprise plans. Existing customers see Business Legacy or Enterprise Legacy here.
Included
This section lists the features enabled for this Workspace, each with its status. For smenso AI, the Credit quota of the current billing period is also shown (for example 15,000 credits until 05.12.). Hovering over the info icon shows the breakdown: billing period, Credits included in the plan (seats × Credits per seat) and the quota for this period and from the next one.
If AI is not switched on yet, the card shows Not activated yet. Go to activation takes you directly to AI usage. How to enable AI is described in the article AI usage in the Admin Center.
Extend
This section lists features that are not part of the current plan, such as Project roles and SharePoint integration. Each card has a lock icon and the label Enterprise. Use Request a quote to request the feature (see below). If all features are already booked, the section is empty and the Expandable tile shows 0.
Your bookings
The table lists all plans and add-on features with their validity. For each booking it shows Valid from, Valid until (or open-ended) and the Status, for example Active or Expired. For plans, the Scope column shows the number of seats and guests as well as the number of provisioned users. Provisioned users are people who are set up in the system but do not receive a real invitation. They can, for example, be planned and assigned to tasks. They need an email address already so that they can be invited later if required. If the plan was changed, the previous plan remains in the list as an expired booking.
