Mobile view optimized

Various widgets in the project overview have been optimized for viewing on smartphones. In addition, editing and saving tasks is now also possible in the mobile view - a save button signals the save function.

Conditional formatting master data widget

In the master data widget of the project overview, the budget is now formatted red/green, depending on the ratio of planned costs and actual costs entered in project tasks. 

As long as the predefined budget is not exceeded, it is displayed in green in the Master Data widget. If the budget is exceeded, it is displayed in red.

Upload files via drag & drop

Files can now be dragged and dropped onto the entire area of the task dialog to upload them. 

Tasks with priorities

For better categorization and visualization of tasks, the task dialog now offers the new field "Priority". If no explicit priority is selected, a new task is assigned the priority "Medium" by default. More information about priorities in tasks.

Connection with Jira (Beta) available on request

Linking Atlassian Jira (Jira Cloud only) tasks with smenso Cloud tasks is now possible. Tasks from Jira are updated in real time in smenso Cloud Tasks. It is also possible to link several tasks to one task, e.g. to get an overview of single tasks of the development team in Jira. 

Performance optimizations when opening dialogs

Information is now displayed to users even faster because it is preloaded.
