In the Times area, you can not only analyze recorded time entries but also review and manage them, depending on your permissions.
In addition to your own times, overall views are also available for this purpose. This allows you, for example, to compile time entries for specific people, teams, projects, or time periods and edit multiple entries together.
Note
Which time entries you can view and edit depends on your permissions in the workspace. As a result, the available tabs and editing options may differ from person to person.
Open the Times area
Open the Times area via the left-hand navigation.
Depending on your permissions, different tabs are available there:
-
My times
Displays your own time entries. -
All times
Enables an overall view and analysis of time entries. -
Team times
Enables you to view time entries in the respective team context.
Narrow down time entries for review
Before reviewing or editing time entries, you can limit the displayed data to the entries relevant to you.
The following options are available, among others:
-
Time period
Define the time period for which time entries should be displayed. -
Filters
Narrow down the entries, for example, by people, teams, projects, tasks, or other properties. -
Grouping
Group the time entries by a property suitable for your analysis. -
Columns
Display the information you need for reviewing and analyzing the entries.
Tip
If you regularly review the same time entries, you can save filters, grouping, time period, and other settings as a custom view.
Select multiple time entries
For certain actions, you can select multiple time entries at the same time. This means you do not have to make recurring changes to each entry individually.
To do this, select the desired entries in the time analysis. As soon as multiple entries are selected, the action bar for bulk editing appears.
The action bar also shows how many entries are currently selected.
